WARMED CRANBERRY BRIE 
1/3 c. crushed cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. rum or orange extract
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 8 inch round brie cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
Assorted crackers

Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, extract and nutmeg. Peel off top rind of brie cheese, leaving 1/4 inch rim. Top brie with cranberry mix. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Bake 500°F for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
