CRUSTY COCONUT PIE 
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
Unbaked pie shell

Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add milk and coconut and flavoring. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until pie is golden brown and firm.
