COCONUT PIE WITH ORANGE 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Put sugar and butter in mixing bowl. Beat well. Add eggs, beat again. Stir in orange juice, lemon flavoring and coconut. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. This pie is better made a day in advance.
