SWISS BLISS 
2 lbs. round steak, cut in serving pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped, drained (save juice)
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Place heavy duty foil on a cookie sheet. Spread center with butter and arrange meat so it is slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, and seasoning.

Mix juice, A-1 sauce, and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up over and double fold edges to seal tightly. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Makes a cup or more of gravy.
