HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 bud garlic, or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Mix together the meat, eggs, crackers, soup and onions and celery. Make into loaf. Heat sauce and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
