HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground lean ham
1 lb. ground lean pork
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten

Form into loaf. Bake with pineapple on top of loaf for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Then baste with glaze and bake 1 hour longer.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
