LASAGNA 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. basil
1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
2 cans tomato paste (6 oz. each)
1 box lasagna noodles
2 eggs
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

Remove casing from sausage. In skillet, crumble and brown meat slowly; drain. Add garlic, basil, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling water; drain and rinse. In medium bowl, beat eggs with a fork. Add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper to eggs. Layer 1/2 of the lasagna noodles in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread with 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture. Add 1/2 the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat layers.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
