"SEE'S" FUDGE | |
4 1/2 c. sugar 1 lg. can evaporated milk Boil together, rolling boil for 4 1/2 minutes. In a large bowl: 15 oz. sweetened milk chocolate 12 oz. Baker's German sweet chocolate 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, semi-sweet 1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 tbsp. butter Pour half of boiled mixture over chocolate, stir until well melted. Add other half of hot mixture and stir well. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts. Pour into buttered 15 1/4 x 10 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pan, allow to firm by refrigerating. When firm, cut. Makes about 5 pounds. |
