1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
Salted peanuts
Miniature marshmallows

Melt chips in double boiler. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Spread in buttered 10 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate.
