HONEY CRISP COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. cereal flakes

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in butter. Add egg and milk, stirring only until all flour is moistened. Spread batter in greased 9-inch square pan.

For topping, combine butter, honey, coconut and cereal. Crumble over batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
