ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 box Honey Graham crackers (or 5 cups graham cracker crumbs)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lb. cherries (1/2 green, 1/2 red)
1 sm. can coconut
1 qt. chopped pecans

Chop fruit into small pieces. Mix together by hand until well blended. Pack in the graham cracker box or into a wax paper lined loaf pan. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks before cutting.
