HOT!! CHILI 
2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey or beef
1 c. pinto beans
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 qt. beef stock
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chili pods, minced
3 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Cook beans in salted water until tender. Heat olive oil over low flame in large heavy pan. Add meat, stirring until it loses color. Add spices; stir well. Cover and saute for 5 minutes.

Stir in flour; blend well. Add stock and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir in sugar and cracker crumbs. Drain beans and add to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Add salt if necessary.
