GREEN BEANS IN HOT VINAIGRETTE 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
1/3 c. chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. olive or cooking oil
Dash salt
Dash pepper

In a saucepan cook frozen green beans with onion and garlic according to package directions. Drain well; return vegetables to saucepan.

In a small mixing bowl combine parsley, vinegar and mustard. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly with a whisk or fork. Add salt and pepper; stir until well mixed. Pour dressing over vegetables in saucepan. Cook about 1 minute or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
