3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Line cookie sheet or pizza pan with wax paper. Beat egg whites and salt until real stiff. Beat in 1/2 the sugar. Mix cornstarch with the rest of the sugar and fold in. Add vanilla and vinegar and mix together. Spread on pan and bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. As soon as it comes out of oven turn over onto wax paper and peel wax paper off of bottom (the bottom becomes the top). Cool. Spread with Cool Whip and top with fruit.
