BAKED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head of cauliflower, boiled
1/8 lb. butter
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 to 3 strips American cheese
Bread crumbs

Break cauliflower into rosettes. Place in Pyrex dish, dot with butter. Add sour cream, milk and cheese strips. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in medium oven about 45 minutes.
