ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. mini marshmallows
1 lb. chopped pecans
1 lb. chopped walnuts
1/2 lb. red candied cherries
1/2 lb. green candied cherries
1/4 lb. green or yellow candied pineapple
1 sm. container cream
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. chopped dates
1 tbsp. vanilla

Crumble 2 1/2 packages graham crackers. Add all fruits and nuts. Mix well. Melt marshmallows with cream over low heat. Add vanilla. Pour over cracker mixture and mix well. Pack in buttered pans "floured" with remaining cracker crumbs. Decorate top. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
