ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
2 cans angel flake coconut
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. English walnuts
1 lb. pecans (2 c.)
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. box Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Let marshmallows melt in milk in top of double boiler over low heat. Pour over crackers, fruit and nuts. Mix well. Pack in wax paper lined pans. Will make 1 (10 inch) tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Keep in refrigerator for 2 days before cutting.
