MAMA'S ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. fruit mix
1 lb. nuts
3 oz. candied cherries
3 oz. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. dates
1 box coconut
1 lb. crushed graham crackers

Heat cream and marshmallows in double boiler until melted. Combine other ingredients and sour cream marshmallow mixture over. Mix well. Press in pan and refrigerate.

This actually is very good. Even people who don't ordinarily like fruit cake enjoy this. This is an old recipe and as far as the amount of coconut in a box, I always just guess.
