SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE 
4 c. sliced apples
1 tbsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour
1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrated (undiluted) No sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix until apples are well coated. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice if desired. Pour into 9 inch piecrust (unbaked). Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 30 minutes or until done.
