GREEN BEANS WITH SWISS CHEESE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 (1 lb.) cans of cut green beans

TOPPING:

1/3 c. Corn Flakes
2 tbsp. butter

Melt 1 tablespoon butter, blend in flour, salt, sugar, pepper and milk; blend well and cook. Remove from heat, stir in onion and sour cream. Put aside. Heat and drain green beans, mix blended sauce with beans, add Swiss cheese, mix and pour into buttered casserole. Combine Corn Flakes with 2 tablespoons of butter and spread on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
