SOUVLAKIA (LAMB SHISH-KABOBS) 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
Oregano to taste
4 lb. lamb, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Combine all ingredients; add meat and let marinate 3-6 hours or overnight, if possible, turning several times. Skewer meat and barbecue until done.

NOTE: Can also use for pork or beef sirloin.
