BAKED FISH AND CHEESE 
1 lb. fish fillets, unbreaded
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. tomato, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange fish in a single layer on greased baking dish. Sprinkle on oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with tomatoes. Bake about 10-20 minutes until fish is flaky.
