CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box (18 1/2 oz.) white or yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. chocolate. flavored syrup
Conf. sugar

Do not use cake mix with pudding in the mix.

Combine cake mix, instant pudding, orange juice, water, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour 3/4 batter in well greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Add chocolate syrup to remaining batter, mix well. Pour over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with sugar.
