BEEF STROGANOFF | |
2 1/2 lb. lean beef stew meat 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. water 2 c. celery, cut in 1/2" pieces 1 c. onions, cut in 1/2" pieces 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) Brown beef stew meat, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder in Dutch oven. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook just until tender. Microwave celery and onions on high for 6 minutes or until just tender. Add soups and combine all together. Serve over cooked noodles. |
