EASY BAKED BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. water
1 lb. (approx.) beef stew meat, chuck roast or round steak, cut in bite-size chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar or can mushrooms
1 tbsp. sherry
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped thin

Combine all except onion in casserole dish with tight cover. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Add onion last hour. Thicken juice if necessary. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles. Serves 3 to 4. In doubling recipe, I use 1 can cream of onion soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
