BEEF NOODLE SKILLET 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, diced
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained

Combine tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and Worcestershire sauce, set aside. heat oil in large skillet and add beef. Stir constantly until browned. Remove meat with slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion, green peppers, garlic, celery and parsley to skillet. Saute until tender. Return meat, add tomato mixture and cooked noodles to skillet. Toss lightly. Serves 4.
