SKILLET BEEF AND NOODLES 
2 c. wide noodles
3 tbsp. fat
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked diced carrots
1 (#2) can tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles in boiling water, salted, until just tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and reserve.

Heat fat in large frying pan. Add onion and celery, and saute until tender. Add ground beef and cook until brown, breaking apart with fork, as it cooks. Stir in carrots, tomatoes, cooked noodles and seasonings. Simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to blend the flavors. Serve hot.
