SQUASH PIE 
Meringue
1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 c. squash, cooked
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tbsp. lemon flavor
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch (or flour)
2 egg yolks

Mash cooked squash, then mix with the other ingredients. Put in unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until it appears done, about 30 to 40 minutes. When done, put meringue (standard recipe) on top, sprinkle lightly with sugar, and return to oven until lightly browned.
