SQUASH PIE 
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 3/4 c. butternut squash, cooked, mashed, strained
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine squash, sugar, salt and spices. Blend in eggs, milk and butter. Pour into pie shell. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
