CHICKEN SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 whole chicken breasts (cooked and cut in bite size pieces)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup undiluted
1/4 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine butter and cracker crumbs, blend well. Spoon half of crumbs into shallow 2 quart casserole and cover with chicken.

Combine sour cream, soup and broth, salt and pepper, blend well. Pour over chicken and top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves six.
