EGG BRUNCH 
8 eggs
1 c. milk

1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. shredded ham
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms

Bake in 8 x 8 pan at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 4.
