EGG & SAUSAGE BRUNCH DISH 
6 slices bread with crust cut off
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
5 glugs Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste

Put bread in bottom of a greased 8 x 11 inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire. Put mushrooms and sausage on top of bread. Pour egg mixture over this. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with grated Cheddar and put back in oven until melted.
