1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (as is)
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained (or the equivalent of fresh)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with crackers of your choice or cut out the center of a brown bread, fill well with dip and arrange extra brown bread slices around.
