PASTA SALAD 
2/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp. red onions
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients and blend in processor for dressing. 1 small green pepper cut into 1/4 in. strips 1 small red pepper cut into 1/4 in. strips 1 small yellow pepper cut into 1/4 in. strips 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges 1/2 c. pitted sliced black olives 1 (6 oz.) cheese crumbled (any kind)

Cook macaroni. Drain and cool. In large bowl, combine all ingredients for salad and toss gently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
