Spice cake mix
Cooking oil
Eggs
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 chopped apples
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/3 can frozen concentrated orange juice

Mix cake mix with cooking oil and eggs as directed on box except substitute applesauce for water. Add chopped apples and bake at 375 degrees until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Ice with powdered sugar and orange juice concentrate mixed to desired consistency.
