APPLE SPICED CUSTARD CAKE 
1 (18 1/4 oz.) spice cake mix
2 med. apples, pared, cored, chopped
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream at room temp.
1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
Ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Stir in apples. Pour into well greased round 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven, spread cream mixture over top; return to oven. Bake 10 minutes more or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool and garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
