GREEN TOMATO PIE 
3 c. sliced green tomatoes
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. grated lemon juice
9 inch pastry shell
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine tomatoes, sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice and rinds. Line pan with pastry. Pour in filling. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until tomatoes are tender.
