GREEN TOMATO PIE 
8 to 10 green tomatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
butter

Make favorite pie crust. Peel tomatoes, slice very thinly into bottom crust. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon vinegar over tomatoes, then sugar, cinnamon and dot with butter. Put on top crust, prick here and there. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
