GREEN TOMATO PIE 
3 c. green tomatoes, sliced

Stew tomatoes about 2 minutes and drain.

Green tomatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Put into 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Put crust on top of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce to 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
