WAGON WHEEL SAUSAGE PIE 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hormel Little Sizzlers skinless pork sausage
3 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions (with tops)
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook sausages until very light brown; drain. Generously grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Spread potatoes in pie plate. Mix onions, 2 tablespoons milk, the salt, pepper and cream cheese; spread over potatoes. Arrange sausages in spoke fashion on top.

Beat baking mix, 1/3 cup milk and the eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute; pour around sausages.

Bake uncovered until edge is light brown and center is set, 25 to 30 minutes. 6 servings.
