WAGON WHEEL SAUSAGE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hormel Little Sizzlers pork sausage
3 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions with tops
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook sausage until very light brown; drain. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2; spread potatoes in pie plate. Mix onions, 2 tablespoons milk, salt, pepper, and cream cheese; spread over potatoes.

Arrange sausage in spoke fashion on top. Beat baking mix, 1/3 cup milk, and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, 1 minute. Pour around sausage. Bake uncovered until edge is light brown and center is set, 25-30 minutes.
