GRANDMA'S QUICK GINGERBREAD 
1 1/8 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sour milk
2 tbsp. shortening

Sift flour once. Measure. Add soda, salt and ginger. Sift again. Add molasses and sour milk. Beat until smooth. Add shortening. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
