CAKE:

3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix all ingredients for cake together and bake in Bundt cake pan. Bake according to box directions.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together until thick and spread on cake.
