SHEPHERD PIE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
Mashed potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded American cheese

Season ground beef as meat loaf and place in pie plate, molding to the edges. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour off fat. Then cover the meat with mashed potatoes. Top with soup and then the cheese. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
