SIMPLY ROLLS 
4 c. self-rising flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening, melted

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You may bake new or put in covered container in refrigerator. The dough does not have to rise and will keep about 1 week. To bake, put dough in greased muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees until brown. Makes 3 dozen.
