ORANGE SNOWBALLS 
2 3/4 c. vanilla crumbs (or 12 oz. bag, crushed)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. frozen orange juice, undiluted
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (1 lb.) bag white chocolate coating

Mix together all ingredients except butter and white chocolate coating. Pour melted butter over all and stir. Chill approximately 15 minutes. Shape into small 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip balls in mixture and cool on wax paper. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.

These are easier to work with if small amounts are placed in microwave for about 1/2 minute at a time, when making balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
