PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tall can crushed pineapple (drained, save juice)

Blend cake mix, oil and eggs until good and moist. Add drained pineapple and beat until good and mixed - about 2 or 3 minutes. Pour batter into 3 floured and greased 9 inch cake pans and bake at 325 degrees until done, about 30 or 35 minutes. Cool on cake rack until cold.

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar to pineapple juice and heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar (sifted)
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix melted butter and cream cheese together. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until well blended. As you stack cold layers, add juice over and icing and another layer and juice and icing and juice and icing top layer, add juice and icing, top and sides.
