PUMPKIN BARS WITH CREAM CHEESE
ICING
 
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
15 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix first four ingredients in bowl, then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 12 x 18 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost when cool.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

6 oz. cream cheese
3/4 of a stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
4 c. confectioners sugar

Combine ingredients and beat until well blended. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
