PUMPKIN BARS WITH CREAM CHEESE
ICING
 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix.

Spread batter in ungreased 9 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, then iced with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Add vanilla.
