CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. carrots, boil until tender and mash
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and put in an oiled casserole. Top with 1/3 cup bread crumbs. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
